Deleting your AnglerDex account

AnglerDex is provided by Noesis Trading Co. Ltd. You can delete your account and its data at any time.

In the app

Open Profile, then Settings, then Delete account, and confirm. Your account and everything we hold for it is removed straight away.

By email

If you can't open the app, email hello@noesisco.com from your account's email address and we'll delete it for you.

What's deleted

Your account, public profile, username, profile photo, published catch photos, comments, reactions, follows, reports and blocks, from our servers.

What stays

Your logbook is stored on your phone, so it stays there until you delete the app. We keep only records the law requires, such as basic purchase records, with no catch data or photos. Backups are cleared within 30 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
